Casa NINA is a charming home in the heart of Senigallia’s historic center, just a short distance from the sea and the harbor.

This romantic, two-story house features two independent entrances facing different streets; it is also accessible to guests with limited mobility, thanks to a stairlift serving the upper floor.

The ground floor features a comfortable living area with a sofa, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven.

There is also a convenient bathroom with a shower enclosure and a washing machine.

The upper floor—accessible via a comfortable staircase with a stairlift—houses a large double bedroom, a single bedroom,
and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.

The thick, historic walls keep the interior cool during the summer. (Please note: there is no air conditioning.)
